The Town of Santee provides recreational facilities and programs designed to support the needs of residents, families, visitors, and surrounding communities. Our facilities offer opportunities for sports, outdoor activities, and community engagement for all ages.
Located on Bass Drive adjacent to the Santee Water Park, the Athletic Complex offers a variety of recreational amenities, including:
- Two baseball/softball fields
- One full-length basketball court
- Enclosed press box/observatory area
- Concession stand and storage facilities
The complex is designed to accommodate recreational activities for youth, adults, and community groups.
Hours of Operation:
7:00 a.m. until dark
Athletic Complex Rentals
The Athletic Complex is available for rental for approved activities and events.
- Non-Tournament Baseball/Softball Rental: $100 per day (five-hour increments)
- Tournament Rental: $100 per day plus an additional $25 per team, per tournament
- Additional service fees may apply depending on tournament needs and requested services.

The Town of Santee offers pickleball courts as part of its commitment to providing additional recreational opportunities for residents and visitors.
The pickleball courts are available for use by citizens of Santee, Orangeburg County, and surrounding communities.
- The courts operate under a first-come, first-served open play concept unless courts have been reserved in advance through the Town of Santee.
- Reservations may be made through the Town of Santee Recreation Department.
- Reservation fees and policies apply for scheduled court use.

The Town of Santee Community Enrichment Series offers opportunities for residents to learn new skills, gain valuable resources, and participate in community-focused programs. Upcoming classes and workshops may include CPR/First Aid Training, couponing classes, and other educational opportunities designed to support and engage our community.
