NOTICE

The Town of Santee Business License Tax is due and payable by 5:00 p.m., April 30, 2024. Postmarks are accepted.

A license tax based on gross income shall be computed for the preceding calendar year or fiscal year.

The Town Ordinance states that all businesses must have a Town of Santee Business License to conduct business within the Town limits.

All license renewals may be subject to income verification through federal or state income tax returns.

A penalty of 5% will be assessed on May 1, 2024, for all renewals not received by April 30, 2024.
